Joining the library is FREE and there is no charge for borrowing books, magazines or using the internet. Videos, CDs and DVDs are available for a small charge in many of the city’s libraries

In every library you can now find new PCs with a choice of office software. They’re faster and you can save to memory sticks for added flexibility.*

Automated booking system – get the computer you want when you want it, no more need to queue but you must become a library member to make sure you don’t miss out!

Visit one of our new Neighbourhood Libraries and be the first to try our state-of-the-art self-issue system, which is now also available in the Central Lending Library.
